If you wish to place an order, visit my Contact Me page and submit an inquiry. Once your order is confirmed and a quote has been provided, a deposit will be required to hold your date . Deposits can be paid by mail, in person or via paypal.
2. What methods of payment do you accept?
Deposits can be made using cash, check or credit card (via paypal). On date of order pick-up, the remaining balance can be paid with cash only.
3. How far in advance do I have to place an order?
I recommend placing an order as far in advance as possible. I am limited in the amount of orders I can take and once a particular weekend is booked I won't accept anymore orders. Last minute orders are always accepted dependent on my availability and the uniqueness of the order.
4. What is your cancellation policy?
Deposits are non-refundable. In the event of a cancellation, the deposit will not be refunded.
5. Do you offer delivery or pick up?
Pick up is required on all orders from my residence in Carson, CA (90746). A cake box or cardboard box for easy transport is included. It is recommended that you make enough room in your vehicle (either in the front passenger seat floor or your trunk so that the box can lay flat. Keeping the box at any type of angle while driving may result in tilting or ultimate damaging of the cake.
6. Do you ship your cakes?
Unfortunately no. Due to the frailty of my cakes and conditions beyond my control [handling during shipment, weather, etc...] I do not ship my cakes.
7. What is fondant?
Fondant is a type of frosting that is used to cover cakes and cupcakes. It is made from sugar and water and most resembles a chewy thick candy when consumed. All of my cakes are covered in fondant.
8. Do you make your cakes from scratch?
A complete listing of available flavors is located on my "Pricing" page. My cakes are semi-homemade... I use store bought cake mixes and pair them with my homemade frostings.
